Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create a plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Step 2: Start with Personal Training
Joining a gym can be intimidating. That’s why all of our clients start with 1-on-1 training.
Step 3: Join Our Group Classes or Continue with Personal Training
Choose the path that works best for you. Either way we will make coming to the gym the best hour of your day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
First, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Swift River Crossfit. Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
- What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Do I have to stop eating donuts?
Then we can determine the best next steps customized to your needs, goals, and fitness level.
Expect to spend about 30 mins to an hour at our gym. Most of all, our free consultation is also a great way for you to see if Swift River Crossfit is a good fit for you.
