    • We dropped in today and the class was big with a 12 Days of Christmas WOD – many movements and lots of people- Tamara was great, she explained what the WOD was, took everyone through all the movements and got the class ready for the class. During the wod Tamara made sure to watch all the participants and make corrections and encourage everyone. Great gym, happy we dropped in there.
