The DEAD/Lift Marathon Challenge:
RX: Lift your body weight each round.
Intermediate: Lift 3/4 of your bodyweight each round.
Beginner: Lift 1/2 your bodyweight each round.
๐ All rounds are to be completed unbroken, there is no stopping, regrouping or resting in the bottom allowed. Rests are allowed between rounds, but keep in mind: your time's ticking. Complete your sets, and let's see who emerges as the DEAD/Lift champ! (Insert wicked laugh here.)
Your Challenge Breakdown:
Round 1: 1 Deadlift
Round 2: 2 Deadlifts
... all the way to...
Round 20: 20 Deadlifts
The goal? Clock the shortest time!
๐ข Even though you'll register for specific heat times, we'll be accommodating participants as slots open up, ensuring a smooth flow and less waiting time. So come on over, mingle, make new friends, and maybe even make a pitstop at Tuckermans before or after you show off those lifting skills.
