Make sure your kids get in some fun workouts in while learning about nutrition and how to properly fueling their bodies! We're back with another round of our 6-week Fitness Foundations sessions.
We run two age groups - Elementary School (3-5) and Middle School (6-8), both on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on November 13th. Read below for more information!
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (ENTERING GRADES 3-5)
Programming is designed for participants to develop a strong foundation in fitness and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym.
We will focus on building solid movement mechanics, increasing conditioning, learn about nutrition and other wellness topics, and so much more!
- Dates: January 6 - February 12, 2025 (Mondays + Wednesdays)
- Time: 4:00pm - 4:45pm
- Cost: $145 per child
MIDDLE SCHOOL (ENTERING GRADES 6-8)
Programming is designed for participants to develop a strong foundation in fitness and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym.
We will start to use additional equipment such as barbells, and format of classes will start to be a bit more similar to our adult classes.

- Time: 2:45pm - 3:45pm

The EARLY elementary school program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills that will introduce them to how fun a gym setting can be. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.
We emphasize a foundation of fitness and healthy habits with fun games and information. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
IMPORTANT: This is a recurring monthly membership (you will be charged each month on the original day that you signed up for), and your child is free to attend class each week on an ongoing basis.
