After-School Fitness Foundations

🟦 Elementary Fall Session (Grades 3–5)

This 4-week after-school program is all about games, movement, and building confidence for kids in grades 3–5.

🟣 Middle School Fall Session (Grades 6–8)
📅 October 8 – November 5 | Mon + Wed | 2:45 – 3:45 PM

‍Our Middle School Fall Session is designed for athletes and non-athletes alike. This 4-week program helps teens in grades 6–8 develop the tools to succeed both in and out of the gym.

Program benefits:
🏈 Improved strength, speed, and conditioning (great for sports prep)
🧠 Coaching on movement mechanics and training habits
💪 Confidence that carries into school, sports, and daily life

Both programs are perfect for kids who want to stay active outside of sports or just burn off energy in a positive environment.

Early Elementary Weekend Fun

(Grades K–2)

📅 Saturdays | 9:00 – 9:30 AM

Our Early Elementary Weekend Fun class is a high-energy 30-minute session designed for our youngest athletes in grades K–2.

Kids will:
🏃 Run, jump, and play through structured movement
🤸 Develop coordination, balance, and strength with age-appropriate activities
🎯 Build focus, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive environment
😄 Have FUN every single week!

This program is offered as a recurring monthly membership, so your child can enjoy active weekends all year long. It’s the perfect way to burn energy, stay moving, and fall in love with fitness early on.
