2022 doesnt have to be “2020 too” when it comes to your nutrition!  Are you ready to feel better and clean up your nutrition?  Lets go!!!  

Why do we run nutrition challenges in January? Because it's a time that our brains are ready and excited for change. Make no mistake, this is NOT a diet. And its not meant to be a short term, New Years resolution. We will be working on building solid, common sense, healthy eating habits, that you can live with for the long term.  

Our members who stuck with the challenge last year saw great results!  Many of them had weight loss goals and lost 5 to 10 pounds from the start to the end of the challenge!  Coach Paul lost over 20 pounds!!  Other members were focused on learning about healthy eating and fueling their workouts.  They reported having more energy and feeling great at the end of the Kickstart!

This challenge is for you if:

* You are confused by all the diet plans out there and are not sure where to start with healthy eating.

* You did the challenge last year, and want to get even more out of it this time around.

Our Kickstart will begin on January 17th, with a pre-challenge week to prepare with some mindset work and a chance to clean out the kitchen.  During this week, I will also meet with each of you to chat about your nutrition goals, and take biometrics (if you would like to do so).  We even have a new body composition scanner to use!  Once the Kickstart begins, we will focus on building habits each week.  There will also be weekly bonus challenges and recipe suggestions. We will have a private, challenge group app, for help with community, motivation and adherence (that is also where we will be posting the recipes and tips). All of the weekly habits and challenges are simple, but highly effective.

ADVANCED KICKSTART OPTION

If you did last years challenge, you can definitely repeat it this year!  Repeating is a great option if there were some habits that didn’t stick, or were difficult for you.  If you killed it on last years challenge, and are feeling ready to kick it up a notch, we also have an advanced challenge option this year.  The advanced group will spend the 4 weeks getting accustomed to food logging, learning about macros, and starting on the basics of macro tracking.

We can ALL win this challenge! You win by eating better, feeling better and building habits you can live with. BUT...yes, we ARE giving away a prize. The person with the greatest adherence and bonus points will win their choice of a one month subscription to Hello Fresh, Purple Carrot OR two months of ongoing nutrition coaching.
