The DEAD/Lift Marathon Challenge:
RX: Lift your body weight each round.
Intermediate: Lift 3/4 of your body weight each round.
Beginner: Lift 1/2 of your body weight each round.
đ All rounds must be completed unbrokenâno stopping, regrouping, or resting at the bottom. You can rest between rounds, but keep that clock ticking! Letâs see who rises to the occasion as this yearâs DEAD/Lift champ! (Cue wicked laugh here.)
Your Challenge Breakdown:
- Round 1: 1 Deadlift
- Round 2: 2 Deadlifts
- ... all the way to...
- Round 20: 20 Deadlifts
The goal? Complete the rounds in the shortest time possible!
