Why a Nutrition Challenge in January?
January is a fresh start—a time when we’re all motivated for change. This isn’t a fad diet or a quick fix. Instead, this challenge is about developing sustainable, common-sense eating habits that will stick with you for the long haul.
Our members have had incredible success in past challenges! Last year, many lost 5 to 10 pounds! But weight loss wasn’t the only goal.
