Middle School Fitness Foundations introduces students to a well-rounded approach to fitness, incorporating elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular exercise. The program emphasizes the importance of proper form and technique, functional movements, and starts to use tools such as barbells and other forms of strength training.
The course is designed to be accessible and inclusive for all students, regardless of their fitness level or experience. By the end of the program, students will have developed a strong foundation in fitness and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym.

IMPORTANT: This is a recurring monthly membership (you will be charged each month on the original day that you signed up for), and your child is free to attend class each week on an ongoing basis.
