Yet most people don’t do it.

Well, “workout” means you gotta “work,” and if you aren’t motivated, you won’t want to sweat. As the saying goes, strong bodies are not made in comfort.
But if you’re motivated, you’ll dig in and keep going. So how do you find motivation?

How to Accomplish Your Goals
Would it be great to spend all of your money on fun things and cool stuff? Yes! Why don’t you do that? Because other things are important, like paying the rent or mortgage, saving for college for your kids, a vacation or saving for retirement. These things are goals. You dedicate your time and resources and you stay on track because you are motivated for a specific outcome.
Fitness can be just like that. If you make it a priority and you have goals. Think of it as a non-negotiable. Like paying the mortgage. It ‘s the rent you pay for living in your body. Deciding to make fitness a priority often isn’t enough to help you stay motivated. Having goals means you’ll be motivated to get to work. But here’s the problem: If you don’t see progress, you’ll quit.
Monetary goals (like saving money) are easy to track because you can see the numbers, and do fun things like make a spreadsheet or a graph.. Easy, right? For most people, fitness goals can be much harder to track. But we can help. We’ll help you identify your goals, determine how to measure them, and track progress. We do fun things through our app to help with the tracking part. And we celebrate all the small wins along the way to the big one!
That brings us to the second element of motivation: Rely on a coach.
There’s nothing more frustrating than spinning your wheels, or simply not knowing if what you are doing is working.. But if you see a clear path to your goals and get to celebrate milestones along the way, you’ll be very motivated. Your coach is your guide along that path. He or she will be the first to pick you up when motivation is down. And your coach will also be the one who celebrates every single win with you.
If we told you to go suffer through a workout right now, you might curl up your nose or want to go curl up in bed. But if we told you that you’d be led through an amazing workout by an inspiring coach who will make you smile and get you closer to your goals, you’d probably feel much more inclined to throw your sneakers in your gym bag and get out the door..
