About Aimee

As a couple, Paul and I have always loved our time working out together. It’s our play time and our date time! We found CrossFit after a period of running. A LOT. From 5k’s to marathons. Back then my cardio was great. But I wasn’t STRONG. We started doing those workout videos together (you know, the ones you see on TV). We got great results but we got bored! CrossFit was the natural next step in our evolution. And we haven’t looked back since.

Passion

As coaches, Paul and I share a love for fitness and a passion for helping others. One of my favorite things about being a coach, is watching the mental transformation that happens as people get stronger and begin to realize their physical potential. Confidence, assertiveness and general bad-assery comes out! As a coach, I am committed to helping our athletes push beyond what they thought was possible. No matter where they are on their fitness journey.

Motivation

My own fitness motivation is how strong and powerful CrossFit makes me feel. There is nothing else like it. I am stronger now than I have ever been in my entire life.

I have been a police officer for most of my adult life (many of those years in the valley). Because of CrossFit I am WAY more confident in my physical ability to handle what ever life throws at me.
